Scott was born October 25, 1960 in Jamestown, ND, the son of Clayton and Twila (Dockter) Remboldt. He attended school and graduated from Gackle High School in 1979. He attended North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton and graduated in 1981. He went to work at Miller Honey Farms. In 1984 he started Remboldt Trucking until 1997 when he went to work at Sunward Trucking. Scott moved to Alaska where he did ice road trucking for a couple of years until moving back to Gackle. He is survived by his brothers, Cordell (Zina) Remboldt, Bismarck, ND; Chad (Claudia) Remboldt, Olathe, KS; nephew, Cody, and 3 nieces, Allison, Claire and Chloe; and grandmother, Florence Dockter-Heier, Jamestown, ND. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial Service- 10:30 AM Saturday June 25, 2016 at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Gackle, ND with Pastor Rick Steele, officiating.
